The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 243.24 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2022 as compared to Rs 252.33 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 3.60 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose by 0.78 per cent at Rs 1,281.21 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,271.29 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 3.36 per cent to Rs 929.82 crore from Rs 899.57 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 83.27 per cent at Rs 10.41 crore versus (Dec'21 Rs 5.68 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 5.02 per cent to Rs 361.45 crore as against Rs 380.55 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 5.75 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 16.56 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.26 crore, while Taxation decreased by 5.40 per cent at Rs 83.69 crore (Dec'21 Rs 88.47 crore).
